RULES.
OUT OF CHARACTER:
- No pornographic pictures or wirtten content.
- Dont start fights. Go to the administration with issues or settle it outside of the site. (aim, ect.)
- All images must have credit given to the original stock providers.
- Do not spam the c-box or any other board. You'll get deleted and threads removed.
- Seasons change every two weeks.
- You must obey staff. Dont ignore them.
- Do not steal art/creations that arent yours. You'll get banned.
- Swearing is allowed.
IN CHARACTER
- You can roleplay horses and wolves.
- Unicorns and Pegasus are allowed. Check the heights, ect requirement for them.
- You may create oddly colored horses but only the base color can be odd. Example: instead of a bay horse, it can be all purple. Only Orien horses may have odd markings, unnatural colors, ect. The same goes for Wolves.
- Horses and Wolves can have powers. They can only be used in battle if each user agrees.
- Once a character is dead, it cannot be revived. Unless using a Death potion which only revives the character to a spirit.
- There is no word count. Just try to make your length reasonable to respond to.
- No power playing unless both players agree on it for killing a character off.
FOALS AND PUPS
- Foals and pups can only happen in spring and fall.
- Females can only breed 3 times a season. Any more will result in a stillborn.
- Stillborns can be given out at random.
- You can reserve the stats.
- They must be active characters.
- After turning 3 they age one year every two months.
CLAIMING MARES/LAND
- To claim an inactive land, the owner must have been inactive for two weeks.
- You cant claim when the landowner is absent.
- You cant claim your own characters.
- Landowners and homeless horses may claim mares.
- If you claim/receive a land, post in the herd updates board with the name, ect.
- You have a 5 day immunity from challenges after claiming a land.
BATTLES
- To challenge for land, you have to have one other horse as a supporter.
- You set terms when you challenge. Theyre not valid till both players agree. If you fail to agree on them, staff will make you fight by site terms.
- You have seven days to reply unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Maxium of 4 attacks and 3 dodges. You can decide how many of each you want.
- No power playing; you'll get disqualified.
- You can fight for land, alliances, positions, fun, whatever.
- If a character is being faught for, they must go to the winner. They can eventually challenge for its freedom but only after 7 days. Only 1v1 challenge. After a week, they can try to get that character back.
- Refuse a challenge and you'll lose your land, ect.
- One week recovery time for non-royals.
- One month recovery time for royals.
- If you challenge and the owner is absent, you have to wait for them to return to fight. If they are gone longer than 2 weeks, you can fight whoever they left in charge.
- If your opponent forfeited or failed to show up, you still get full recovery time.
- If you didnt fight, you dont get recovery time. Royals get one week of immunity from challenges though whether they fight or not.
- Recovery time starts after all the judgements are posted.
-When challenging for secondary royal, the primary royal must approve first.
- Land battles get 1 judge. Royals get 2 unless a tiebreaker if needed.
- To challenge for an alliance throne, the character must be an active member of the alliance.
JUDGING
- Fights are to be judged by staff or an approved member.
- If you think the judging of your battle is inadequate, ect, you can get it re-judged. You have two days after the completion of the judging to ask for a re-judge. If there are multiple judges, specify which one you are contesting.
- You may/may not be able to choose the new judge, depending on the situation.
ROYALTY
- You dont have to follow the alliance fighting rules as long as the site rules are followed.
- You dont have to follow rules put in place by a royal - fail to obey and you character risks being punished. Unless you want to.
- If given the death penalty by a royal, you must kill off your character. It has to be approved by staff before the execution is final.
- Royals can enforce IC rules with punishments including confiscation of lands, mares, kicking you out of an alliance, service work, or death(if approved by staff).
- Primary ruler has to be active to keep the throne. Every alliance must have a primary and secondary ruler.
- You have to be an active member of the alliance to rule.
- You can alter the alliance rules and board descriptions. You can change the number of herds by deleting inactive lands or creating new ones.
- You can only play one royal at a time.
- You cant change the whole alliance. It has to keep its identity.
- If you claim the allaince you have 1 month immunity from challenges.
- Royals have to be active. They have to make at least 2 posts in an alliance territory between sunday-saturday. Remeber, inactive alliances can be claimed.
-If the player of the royal is going to be away for whatever reason thats more than 2 weeks, then they have to have the secondary royal or someone else thats active to take their place. If your gone more than 2 weeks and dont pass the throne to someone, then itll be given away on a first come first serve basis.
